Inaugural IEM Inspire Conference
The 2018 Inaugural Inspire Conference focused on a variety of clinical and technological areas. More than 360 students from 34 high schools across Minnesota attended the conference, including students from the urban core of Minneapolis and St. Paul and small, rural schools in Greater Minnesota.

The consistent practice where presenters talked about the multiple steps they took that lead to where they are today, was effective in helping students understand the range of backgrounds and experiences that lead to success in a field.
